Do you offer custom products?
Yes! We offer custom apparel and select personalized products. Whether you want to add your logo to a T-shirt, create something for an organization or event, or personalize an existing product, contact us to discuss your idea and available options.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes! We welcome bulk orders for events, businesses, organizations, celebrations, corporate gifting, and other special occasions.We recommend contacting us 30–45 days in advance of your desired delivery date. Orders with less than 30 days' notice cannot be guaranteed due to production and shipping timelines.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for ordinary change-of-mind purchases. Exchange requests may be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Exchanges are limited to the same item originally purchased, subject to availability. If the same item is unavailable, store credit may be offered. All exchange requests require approval, so please contact us before sending an item back.If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
